I have been meaning to write this for quite a while. Glad to finally have the chance!

When I started working at age 15,1 quickly learned the importance of good customer service. Over the years, my career has been successful as I still extend the best service I can.

My son started at the South Bay Rd location in 2009 when we moved to N. Syracuse.  Since the very first day that he started (and actually before, during the registration process), we have received nothing but top-notch service. We have never had any negative experiences and I can only say wonderful things about LAYG. I am a stickler for working with businesses that provide good customer service.

Katie, Katelyn, Julie W., Natalie, Katrina and ALL the staff that have been assigned to Jeremy over the
years have gone above and beyond what I ever expected. I know that my son is safe, he is having
positive interactions with the other children in his room, and he is being looked after very well!  If there
is any issue with Jeremy not arriving on time there as expected (after school), I get a call from Katelyn
right away.

In closing, please know that your organization is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Please keep up the good work, and please acknowledge the ladies I mentioned above.
