Infant (6 Weeks - 18 Months)
Our infant program provides a warm, nurturing environment where caregivers form close bonds with babies, ensuring a secure and trusting relationship. Each infant follows their own schedule, with individualized care routines for feeding, sleeping, and play. Our educators support early development through sensory exploration, attachment-based play, and language-rich interactions, including the introduction of basic American Sign Language (ASL).

Center Director
Jennifer Peavey began working with Learn as you Grow in January 2025. She has worked in early childhood education for twenty years and has her bachelor’s in early childhood education. She operated her own family child care business before moving into public pre-k, which led her to an opportunity in center-based care. Through her role in center-based care, Jennifer was able to work her way up into administration and become a center director.
